/KASE, August 16, 11/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 15, 2011, bonds KZP03Y05D986 (KZ2P00001654, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Corporation AIC-Invest LLP (Astana) have been included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfils terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the third one under the second bond programme of Corporation AIC-Invest registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 10, 2011 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn, and the sixth issue of "internal" bonds of the said issuer, which underwent the listing procedure at KASE.
