/KASE, July 5, 11/ - Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of having received a statement of claim from Akim of Astana towards Astana-Nedvizhimost regarding withdrawal for public needs of a land plot with an overall area of 3.5 ha situated at plot #9, in the former greenhouses area."
