On January 1, 2011 the amount of debt of Kazakhstan, issued in the form of government securities together with servicing amounted to KZT2,970.8 billion ($20,154.5 million)

/IRBIS, January 5, 2011/ - On January 5, 2011, the amount of public debt of Kazakhstan, issued in the form of government securities (GSB), together with the service (the sum of coupon payments) amounted at current prices KZT2,970.8 billion or the equivalent of 20,154.5 million U.S. dollars rate of KZT147.51 per dollar. That was the conclusion IRBIS experts in the analysis of their own databases. In conducting this analysis, the amount of future payments on MEUZHKAM and MUIKAM in calculating the consumer price index, which was recorded for the period from November 2008 to December 2010. From December 1 to 31, 2010 the total debt increased by KZT54.2 billion (+1.8%) or in dollar terms - to $355.2 million (+1.7%). In November 2010, total debt cdecreased by KZT4.1 billion (+0.1%) or in dollar terms - to $25.2 million (+0.1%). According to data available to the IRBIS output GS of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in December 2010 on the amounts of placement was KZT283,290.0 million (in November - KZT276,439.0 million). In this case the issuer redeemed notes in the amount of KZT313,947.9 million (in November - KZT299,136.7 million). Thus, the December balance of net borrowing of National Bank on the government securities market was minus KZT30,657.9 million. The corresponding figure in November - minus KZT22,697.7 million (the minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer and investors have stayed, "plus" - by the amount the issuer has taken more than repaid) . Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has not attracted over the reporting period (in November - KZT28,650.8 million), but made a payment of a nominal value of bonds and the coupon for KZT29,280.6 million (in November - KZT23,476.7 million). The December balance of net borrowing Ministry of Finance IRBIS is estimated plus KZT29,280.6 million (in November - plus KZT5,174.1 million). In December 2010 the overall balance of net borrowing of Kazakhstan issuers GS IRBIS is estimated minus KZT59,938.5 million. The corresponding figure in November - plus KZT17,523.6 million.
