/KASE, November 11, 10/ - Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of a notification from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) of October 22, 2010.

According to the mentioned document:

• FSA has approved the report on the Company's shares placement results;
• The issue has been split in 3,800,000 common shares KZ1C45100019 and 300,000 preferred shares KZ1P45100115;
• The shares issue has been entered into the State Emissive Securities Register under # А4510;
• As of June 23, 2010, the Company's 1, 000,000 common shares and 110 preferred shares have been placed, its authorized capital has been built up to the amount of KZT1,001,100,000.
