FSA approved report on placement results for Astana-Nedvizhimost (Kazakhstan) shares

According to the mentioned document: - FSA has approved the report on the Company's shares placement results; - The issue has been split in 3,800,000 common shares KZ1C45100019 and 300,000 preferred shares KZ1P45100115; - The shares issue has been entered into the State Emissive Securities Register under # А4510; - As of June 23, 2010, the Company's 1, 000,000 common shares and 110 preferred shares have been placed, its authorized capital has been built up to the amount of KZT1,001,100,000.
