Indices of Asian stock exchanges have completed today's session
mostly in positive territory. Support was a positive report Apple,
demonstrated revenue growth higher than expected. Net profit of Apple
Inc. in the second quarter of 2009-2010 fiscal years grew by 78% to $
3.25 billion, or $ 3.51 per share, versus $ 1.82 billion, or $ 2.01 per
share, for the same period last year. The increase was due to good
sales of new products, iPad and iPhone 4. Analysts expected earnings
of $ 3.11 per share. Apple's revenues for the reporting period
amounted to $ 15.7 billion, compared with $ 9.73 billion company's
sales grew by 61% to $ 15.7 billion, analysts had expected growth to $
14.7 billion
The Japanese market has completed trading day in the red zone
against the yen to strengthen against the U.S. dollar and euro.

KOSPI - Korean stock index which includes all companies whose shares are traded
on the Korea Stock Exchange.
SET 50 - calculated on the basis of the 50 most liquid shares having a maximum
