/KASE, March 29, 10/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release of March 29, 2010: Quotation begins Alliance Bank informed - National welfare fund Samruk-Kazyna on March 25, 2010 early terminated tenure of independent director Peter Briggs on his own request. Therewith, Tomas Grasse was elected as independent director; his name was proposed by the Creditors Committee*. Tomas Grasse has extensive experience as a manager in finance industry.
