/KASE, January 12, 10/ - Kazneftehim (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on January 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. starts the company shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda:

• approval of the company 2008 annual financial statements;
• distribution of the company 2008 net income, dividends payment and defining of its size per common share;
• considering of shareholders appeals to the company and its officials actions and consideration results.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 5, Al-Farabi Ave, 5, block 1а, 6th floor.
