The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan has discussed with top managers of Royal Dutch Shell and ConocoPhillips on issues of cooperation and joint activities

/IRBIS, December 3, 09/ - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Mr. Karim Massimov held
today in Government house a series of meetings with heads of international
development institutions and large companies in anticipation of the meeting of
Foreign Investors Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, -
it's added in a statement issued today's press service head government.
As indicated in the message during the meeting Mr. K. Massimov with an
executive director of the company Royal Dutch Shell Mr. Malcolm Brinded
discussed issues of mutual cooperation: "Mr. M. Brinded has expressed company
interest in further investment in Kazakhstan's economy, especially for
development projects in the Kazakh fields sector of the Caspian Sea.
In addition, Kazakh Prime Minister discussed with the Chairman of Board and
Chief Executive Officer of the company ConocoPhillips Mr. James Mulva, the
progress of joint activities of companies participating in the development of
deposit Kashagan, as well as the exploration of Block "H".
