/KASE, December 3, 09/ - KOMBISNAB (Almaty Region), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, by letter of December 2, 2009 # 271/12 provided to KASE copies of Almaty Special Financial Court (hereinafter - SFC) decisions of November 24, 2009.

According to these decisions SFC having considered an application of Seven Rivers Capital (Almaty) recognition of KOMBISNAB a bankrupt, determined:

• to accept an application of Seven Rivers Capital for proceeding and commence a civil suit;
• to prepare this suit to trial;
• to partially satisfy an application of Seven Rivers Capital on ensuring of creditor requirements. Arrest KOMBISNAB property (part of property), including money.
