/KASE, August 28, 09/ - The Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 27, 2009 considered sanctions to be imposed on listing applicants violating information disclosure requirements and ruled:

• to warn Kedentransservice on imposing penalty sanctions in case of recurrent violation of Listing requirements on information disclosure;
• to impose on Central Asian Fuel and Energy Company, Oilan Ltd. and Premier Strakhovanie with penalty sanctions specified with Listing rules for information disclosure requirements violation;
• to allow Astana-Nedvizhimost, Alliance Bank, BURLINGGAZSTROY, Kazakh distribution company, KOMBISNAB, Ornek ХХI, Corporation Ordabasy, ROSA, Ust-Kamenogorsk poultry plant, Chimpharm, Caspian Beverage Holding and Almaty International Airport additional terms for provision of information required by KASE and impose on them penalties according to the Listing rules;
• consider delisting of securities of Alternative Finance, Astana-Finance, Kazneftehim, TEMA Ko., Transstroymost, REMIX-R and ISKE SAT COMPAN at meeting of the KASE listing commission due to systemic violation of information disclosure requirements.
