According to the mentioned document shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to confirm the report of company's general director on activity of executive body in 2007. To admit the work of executive body in 2007 as satisfactory; - to confirm financial statements of the company for 2007; - not to pay dividends on common shares, to direct the company's income for 2007 to development and expanding of production; - to take into consideration the question "On examining shareholders` appeals on company's activity and its officials and results of this examining".
