/KASE, November 6, 07/ - As it was informed earlier, by decision of the
Exchange Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated October 31,
2007 KZPP1Y05C357 bonds (KZT1,000; KZT1.3 bn.; November 6, 07 -
November 6, 12, semi annual coupon indexed on inflation rate 11.90% APR for
the first coupon peirod, 30/360) of KSMK-3 LLP (Almaty) have been included in
KASE's official "A" listing category under code of KSMKb2.
The specified decision has taken an effect since November 6, 2007, as the
issuer paid KASE's listing fee on these securities.
Date on trades opening on the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
Mentioned issue of bonds is the first in the frames of first bonds' program of
KSMK-3 LLP registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and
supervision over financial market and organizations on November 30, 2006 for
total amount of KZT8.0 bn. and second issue of company's bonds having passed
the listing procedure.
BCC Invest JSC - subsidiry organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) acts
as financial consultant of the issuer while the bonds are placed on organized
market.
