/KASE, January 11, 07/ - KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), bonds of which are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented KASE an excerpt from registers system of shareholders as of January 1, 2007. Register-Center JSC (Almaty) is the register holder of the company.

According to the excerpt the total amount of announced and offered common shares of KazAgrofinance JSC made 21,825,591, as of pointed date all shares were in nominal holding of Central depositary of securities JSC (Almaty), according to dada of which the owner of 100% shares is Republic of Kazakhstan in face of Committee of state property and privatization of Ministry of finance of republic of Kazakhstan.
