BANK CASPIAN JSC (Kazakhstan) presented information about its big shareholders

/KASE, September 5, 06/ - BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, on the basis of certificate given by bank's register holder - Fondoviy Center JSC (Almaty), informed KASE that as of September 1, 2006 its big shareholders: Y. Tshay and V. Kim, were registered in shareholders' registers system of BANK CASPIAN JSC with equity share in bank's authorized capital of 29.43% and 24.53% from the total number of voting shares respectively. It is indicated in the message of BANK CASPIAN JSC that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations gave consent on acquisition of status of big participant of BANK CASPIAN JSC to Y.
