Human-centricity in action

#Education
22 October 2026

Shortage of qualified specialists, loss of critical expertise and professional burnout threaten financial institutions today no less than operational or market disruptions. The response to these challenges came in the form of restructuring of the HR function into a strategic partnership.

To address these challenges, a training course "Human-centricity in action: HR architecture of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was organized at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The intensive course brought together the entire HR team of the NBRK ecosystem, which includes KASE.

Participants identified and assessed the HR risks and defined the skills and competencies that will be in demand in the financial infrastructure of the future, taking into account the technological changes. Particular attention was paid to developing the employee journey map based on employee engagement metrics.

The event resulted in development of a unified HR manifesto of NBRK, which established a five-year vision for development of the HR ecosystem and human-centricity principles for all organizations within the group.
