/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, January 12, 05/ - As REUTERS news agency informed today Konstnatin Kolpakov has been appointed as deputy chairman of Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC the bank's new head Gregory Marchenko told news conference today.

REUTERS notes that before his appointment as deputy chairman Konstantin Kolpakov worked as vice-president for the Russian bank Petrocommerce, Justice Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and deputy Chairman of the National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
