/KASE, November 6, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – BRKZ) dated November 4, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• Zh. Shaikhy was excluded;
• A. Akan was elected.

Given the changes made, the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five people.
