/KASE, November 5, 2026/ – KEGOC JSC (KASE ticker – KEGC) reported the following:

KEGOC JSC and Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP signed a purchase and sale agreement for 100% of shares of Energoinform JSC. The transaction is carried out within the group of companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

At the same time, all functions for operational maintenance of equipment of the National Power Grid (NPG) are retained within the structure of KEGOC. As of January 1, 2026, they are performed by the Company's specialized branch "Information and Telecommunication Systems", created as part of the transfer of relevant functions from Energoinform JSC.

Thus, the change of ownership of Energoinform JSC will not affect the reliability and safety of the National Power Grid operation. All necessary technological processes, their maintenance and control remain under the responsibility of KEGOC.
