/KASE, October 30, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 2, 2026, KASE will suspend trading of ordinary shares US3453708600 (KASE Global sector, F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on November 10, 2026, and subsequent dates.

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on November 12, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 77 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
