/KASE, October 30, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 2, 2026, KASE will suspend trading of bonds KZ2C00006344 (KASE's main board, bonds category, TCOMb1) of Transtelecom JSC.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 77 of Chapter 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to holding of general meeting of holders of the specified bonds on October 30, 2026, where the matter of amending the prospectus for issue of the specified bonds will be considered.
