/KASE, October 29, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from October 30, 2026, KASE will suspend trading of the following ordinary shares for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty:

1) US0255371017 (KASE Global sector, AEP_KZ) of American Electric Power Company, Inc., which settlement date falls on November 10, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on November 12, 2026;

2) US70450Y1038 (KASE Global sector, PYPL_KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc., which settlement date falls on December 4, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on December 7, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 77 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
