/KASE, October 28, 2026/ – On October 22, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the alternative board:

1) KZ2P00020498 (MFSFb19; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00020514 (MFSFb20; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00020522 (MFSFb21; $100, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00020597 (MFSFb22; 1,000 KZT, 1.0 bln KZT; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00020605 (MFSFb23; 1,000 KZT, 1.0 bln KZT; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360);

6) KZ2P00020613 (MFSFb24; 1,000 KZT, 1.0 bln KZT; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board enters into force on October 28, 2026.
