/KASE, October 27, 2026/ – By decision of the sole shareholder of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC (KASE ticker – ASKQ) dated October 21, 2026, the composition of Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• A.M. Raspopov was excluded;
• the following were elected: M.K. Sadykova, A.T. Nurtazina, Y. Dunayevsky

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC consists of five people.
