/KASE, October 23, 2026/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC (KASE ticker – NRBN) dated October 22, 2026, the following changes were made to composition of the company’s Management Board:

• E.B. Butin was excluded;
• K.M. Kasenov was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of Nurbank JSC consists of three people.
