/KASE, October 23, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from October 27, 2026, KASE will suspend trading in ordinary shares US4592001014 (KASE Global sector, IBM_KZ) of IBM corp. for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on November 10, 2026, and subsequent dates.

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on November 12, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 77 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
