/KASE, October 23, 2026/ – On October 21, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include into KASE's official list in bonds category of the alternative board the bonds KZ2P00020241 (ARLZb1; 1,000 KZT; 500.0 mln KZT; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 21.00% per annum; 30/360) of Arlan Leasing LLP (Almaty).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on October 23, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of Arlan Leasing LLP, registered on September 22, 2026, in the amount of 3.0 bln KZT.

The financial consultant of Arlan Leasing LLP is WindoW Capital JSC.

The main activity of Arlan Leasing LLP is financial leasing, except for leasing of medical equipment and machinery.
