/KASE, October 23, 2026/ – On October 21, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of ARLAN GROUP GC LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the alternative board:

1) KZ2P00020480 (TTLSb4; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00020472 (TTLSb5; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00020464 (TTLSb6; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00020530 (TTLSb7; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00020506 (TTLSb8; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on October 23, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The bond issues KZ2P00020480 (TTLSb4), KZ2P00020472 (TTLSb5) and KZ2P00020464 (TTLSb6) are the second, third and fourth within the first bond program of ARLAN GROUP GC LLP, registered on July 16, 2026, in the amount of $100.0 mln.

The bond issues KZ2P00020530 (TTLSb7) and KZ2P00020506 (TTLSb8) are the second and third within the second bond program of ARLAN GROUP GC LLP, registered on July 16, 2026, in the amount of 50.0 bln KZT.
