/KASE, October 22, 2026/ – Eurasian Capital JSC (KASE ticker – EUCP) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated October 19, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• approve the company's audited financial statements for 2025;
• approve the following procedure for distributing the company’s net income for 2025 in the amount of 686,275,063.87 KZT:
• not distribute the net income and leave it at the company's disposal;
• not pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares based on results of 2025.

In total, they made decisions on four agenda items.
