From October 22, bonds KZ2P00020795 (MFDGb3) and KZ2P00020803 (MFDGb4) of Microfinance Organization Dengi Govoryat LLP are included in KASE's official list in commercial bonds category of alternative board
/KASE, October 22, 2026/ – On October 20, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Microfinance organization "Dengi govoryat" LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the alternative board:
- KZ2P00020795 (MFDGb3; $100, $2.0 mln; 270 days; quarterly coupon, 11.00% per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00020803 (MFDGb4; 1,000 KZT, 1.0 bln KZT; 180 days; quarterly coupon, 23.00% per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board enters into force on October 22, 2026.
Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
