/KASE, October 21, 2026/ – On October 20, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the main board:

• KZ2C00020766 (HCBNb34; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);
• KZ2C00020774 (HCBNb35; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);
• KZ2C00020782 (HCBNb36; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board enters into force on October 21, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
