/KASE, October 19, 2026/ – By decision of the sole shareholder of Industrial Development Fund JSC (KASE ticker – IDFR) dated October 9, 2026, the composition of the company's Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• B.B. Omarov was excluded;
• Kim Jin Ha was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC consists of six people.
