/KASE, October 16, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reports that as of October 19, 2026, trading in the following securities in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) common shares US1491231015 ("KASE Global" sector, CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar, settlement date of which falls on October 26, 2026 and subsequent dates; trading will be resumed as of October 28, 2026;

2) ETF US46137V1420 ("KASE Global" sector, PHO_KZ) of Invesco Water Resources ETF, settlement date of which falls on December 21, 2026 and subsequent dates; trading will be resumed as of December 23, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-clause 12) of clause 77 of chapter 13 of KASE internal document "Rules of Trading" due to KASE having information on record date on the specified securities.
