/KASE, October 9, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 6, 2026, amendments and additions No. 18 (amendments) to KASE internal document "Rules for Exchange Information Dissemination" (the Rules) were approved, which come into force as of December 1, 2026.

The amendments were introduced in connection with the launch of KASE's new information product "Risk parameters of financial instruments".

This information product will be provided to market participants on free and paid bases depending on the format:

• information on risk parameters for the current date is published free of charge on KASE and KASE Clearing Centre websites;
• paid provision of information implies automated transmission of risk parameters on a daily basis via API (Application Programming Interface), as well as provision of historical risk parameter values.

The fee rate for the information product "Risk parameters of financial instruments" is 50 MCI for residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and USD 500 for foreign companies monthly.

In accordance with the amendments, fee rates for the information product @KASEInfoBot in the Telegram mobile application were also changed due to the expansion of the product's functionality:

• information is provided free of charge for up to 5 requests per day;
• the cost is KZT 990 per month for up to 20 requests per day;
• the cost is KZT 1,590 per month for an unlimited number of requests per day.

In this regard, by a decision of KASE Management Board dated September 24, 2026, amendments and additions No. 11 to KASE internal document "Regulations on Terms of Commercial Dissemination of Market Data" (the Regulations), which also come into force as of December 1, 2026, and a standard form agreement on the provision of the information product "Risk parameters of financial instruments" were approved.

Publication of data in the current format will be carried out until the end of the year. Upcoming changes in the publication format of risk parameters on KASE and KACC websites will be announced additionally.
