/KASE, October 9, 2026/ – On October 8, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:
1) KZ2C00020543 (MFOKb36; $100, $20.0 mln; 180 days; monthly coupon, 11.00% per annum; 30/360);
2) KZ2C00020550 (MFOKb37; KZT 1,000, KZT 7.0 bn; 180 days; monthly coupon, 23.00% per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board comes into force as of October 9, 2026.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
