/KASE, October 9, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated October 5, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: T. Iskakov, S. Abdildin, N. Aryngaziyev;
• elected: B. Mukazhanov, S. Abdildin, N. Aryngaziyev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC consists of seven people.
