/KASE, October 9, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – KZTK) dated October 7, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Ye. Otynshiyev;
• elected: D. Abdimoldayev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC consists of seven people.
