/KASE, October 8, 2026/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC (KASE ticker – SEGR) dated September 29, 2026, B. A. Smagulov was elected to the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC consists of seven members.
