/KASE, October 7, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 6, 2026, amendments and additions No. 8 (amendments) to KASE internal document "Rules for Information Disclosure by Admittance Initiators of Securities" (the Rules) were approved, which come into force as of October 7, 2026.

The amendments were introduced in order to further improve information disclosure mechanisms by issuers, increase transparency and timeliness of information provision, as well as strengthen the protection of rights and interests of investors.
