/KASE, October 7, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated September 30, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: S. Abdildin;
• elected: B. Mukazhanov, T. Iskakov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Transtelecom JSC consists of six people.
