/KASE, October 6, 2026/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of LOTTE Rakhat JSC (KASE ticker – RAHT) dated October 2, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• JIN HUN TAG was excluded;
• CHO KYUNGWOON was elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of five members.
