/KASE, October 5, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of QMobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated September 25, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• A. A. Marchenko has been excluded;
• Ch. A. Baideldinov and S. A. Karplyuk have been elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of QMobile JSC consists of four members.
