/KASE, October 2, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) dated September 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• N. Bektemissov was excluded;
• S. K. Mussabek and G. O. Saryev were elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of three members.
