/KASE, October 2, 2026/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KMF Bank JSC (KASE ticker – MFKM) dated September 30, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• Joachim Bold has been excluded;
• Philipp Georg Pott has been elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KMF Bank JSC consists of six members.
