/KASE, October 1, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated September 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Akhmetzhanov;
• elected: Zh. Akzhanova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC consists of seven people.
