/KASE, October 1, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of October 2, 2026 trading in common shares US57636Q1040 (sector "KASE Global", MA_KZ) of Mastercard, Inc. (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on October 9, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from October 12, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 77 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules of Trading" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
