/KASE, September 29, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated September 22, 2026, addition No. 1 (addition) to KASE internal document "Forms of Documents for Obtaining Services in the Field of Digital Assets" was approved, which comes into effect as of October 1, 2026.

In accordance with the addition, the following forms were included in the document:

• application for issue/redemption of digital financial assets, as well as making changes and additions to the conditions of issue of digital financial assets (form 4);
• certificate of issue, making changes and (or) additions to the conditions of issue of digital financial assets (form 5);
• certificate of redemption (or) cancellation of digital financial assets issue (form 6).
