​/KASE, September 28, 2026/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 28, 2026 made a decision to include in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market the following bonds of Private Company BI Development Ltd. (Astana):

​KZ2D00019957 (BIGDb13; $100, $15.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360);

​KZ2D00019965 (BIGDb14; $100, $15.0 mln; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360);

​KZ2D00019973 (BIGDb15; $100, $15.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360);

​KZ2D00020054 (BIGDb16; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 28, 2026.

​Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​Bond issues KZ2D00019957, KZ2D00019965, and KZ2D00019973 are the second, third, and fourth within the fourth bond program of Private Company BI Development Ltd., registered on August 29, 2025 for a total amount of 100.0 mln US dollars.

​Bond issue KZ2D00020054 is the second within the third bond program of Private Company BI Development Ltd., registered on August 29, 2025 for a total amount of KZT 100.0 bn.
