​/KASE, September 24, 2026/ – On September 23, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

1) ​KZ2C00020121 (SKKZb37; KZT 1,000, KZT 65.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded Index + fixed margin; 30/360);

2) ​KZ2C00020139 (SKKZb38; KZT 1,000, KZT 76.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded Index + fixed margin; 30/360);

3) ​KZ2C00020147 (SKKZb39; KZT 1,000, KZT 76.0 bn; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon, TONIA Compounded Index + fixed margin; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into force as of September 25, 2026.

​Opening of trades in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The specified bond issues are the 26th, 27th and 28th within the framework of the fourth bond program of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC registered on August 27, 2024 for the amount of KZT 1.0 trillion.
