/KASE, September 24, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of ASTEL JSC (KASE ticker: ASTL) dated September 16, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: T. Raisov;
• elected: A. Maralov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ASTEL JSC consists of three persons.
