/KASE, September 24, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Sary- Arka Airport JSC (KASE ticker: ARSA) dated September 21, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• R.N. Sadykov was removed;
• A.Y. Mashabayev was elected.

Following these changes, the Management Board of Sary-Arka Airport JSC consists of five members.
